All TIPs that were targeting 8.4, yet were not Final in time for 8.4
are now shifted to be targeted at 8.5.
Some TIPs that were Accepted for 8.4, but never made Final, are now
shifted to be targeted at 8.5, and marked Deferred for lack of progress. |

Hmm. Not sure if this is such a good idea after all. There's still a
need for this kind of matching though, especially as it is awkward to
write code to do it. Deferring the TIP anyway... |

Peter Spjuth has a different way of doing this.
Given the unpopularity of this suggestion with other TCT members, this
TIP is withdrawn in favour of that one. |
