  Fixed many silly errors found during preparation of the document as a
  paper for Tcl'2005.
  
  Also removed the use of subsubsubsection headings. The TIP rendering
  software does not support them yet.

  explanatory text so that people reading the TIP do not need to
  understand XOTcl quite so well.

  Removed [oo::define $cls abstract] as it was both bizarrely different to the
  XOTcl version, and easy to implement (however you interpret it!) on top of the
  rest of the remaining infrastructure.
  
  Also tightened up the diagram.

  Cleaned up the unknown method handling in classes; it was reported in
  discussion (either on tcl-core or on the xotcl ML) that it tended to lead to
  strange bugs in the face of typos. Feature still supported in the oo::definer
  class.
