  Reasoning:
  1: Easy to do near-equivalent with Tcl code.
  2: Breaks many megawidget packages as they assume that the name passed in is
     the actual name of the widget.
  3: Auto-named widgets leak memory through Tk_Uids.
  
  Though it might be nice to return to this in the future, a considerably more
  sophisticated approach will be needed. Do as a different TIP.
