This demo suffers from a bug in the Tk plugin where
[winfo root(xy) .] does not return the correct value,
so correct movement is offset by the distance between the top left
corner of the plugin and the top left corner of the Netscape window.

There is plenty of room for improvement, and patches are gladly accepted.
